Terms of Use & Privacy
These terms govern your use of ZaynApp (the “Platform”), operated by ZAYN APP PORTAL (زين أب للتعامل الإلكتروني), a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, UAE (License no. 1618454). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Terms of use
ZaynApp is a Dubai-only beauty and wellness membership platform. It enables members to discover offers from verified partner clinics and to issue time-limited digital vouchers for redemption in person. The Platform does not offer appointment booking as a clinical service, does not employ treating practitioners for patient care, and does not operate clinics.
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority under applicable UAE law) and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. Intermediary role (please read)
ZaynApp acts solely as an intermediary between (a) members (clients) who purchase or hold a membership and (b) independent clinics, doctors, and wellness providers (“Partners”) that list offers on the Platform.
Our role is to connect clients and clinics. We work with Partners commercially: our team discusses offers, member pricing, availability rules, and listing terms directly with clinics so curated deals can be made available to members through the app. That commercial coordination does not make us a clinic, a treating practitioner, or a party to your treatment.
- We facilitate discovery, membership access to offers, voucher issuance, and scan-based redemption tooling.
- We negotiate and arrange platform listings and member-facing deal terms with partner clinics for the benefit of members — always as an intermediary marketplace, not as a healthcare provider.
- We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice, and we do not perform or supervise procedures.
- The contract for any treatment or service is between you and the Partner clinic, not with ZaynApp.
- Partner clinics remain fully responsible for licensing, eligibility screening, consent, safety, quality of care, staff conduct, aftercare, and what happens in the chair.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation of a specific medical procedure. Always exercise your own judgment and consult qualified professionals at the clinic.
3. Membership, fees & no refunds
Paid membership grants access to member-priced offers and voucher features under the rules shown in the app at the time of issue. Prices, plan lengths, and benefits may change with reasonable notice where required by law.
No refunds
All membership fees, platform fees, and charges paid to ZaynApp are non-refundable, including where you do not use vouchers, change your mind, cancel mid-period, fail to redeem an offer, or are dissatisfied with a Partner’s service — except where a mandatory refund right applies under UAE consumer law that cannot be excluded.
If you cancel auto-renewal, access typically continues until the end of the then-current paid period, after which it ends without a pro-rata refund.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe). Their terms also apply to the payment process.
4. Vouchers & redemptions
- Vouchers are personal, non-transferable, and may be limited by time, clinic, branch, or offer rules.
- A voucher is generally valid for a single use once redeemed or marked used by the Partner.
- Show the voucher only at the intended Partner location. Misuse (sharing, resale, fraud) may result in suspension without refund.
- Offer availability depends on Partner inventory and rules; ZaynApp does not guarantee any specific offer will remain available.
5. Partner clinics
Partners are independent businesses. We may verify, onboard, and commercially discuss deal packages with them so members can access agreed prices on the Platform. Listing, verification checks, ranking, or visibility features do not make ZaynApp a guarantor of clinical outcomes, wait times, pricing at the desk beyond the stated offer, or professional conduct.
If you have a complaint about treatment, raise it first with the Partner. ZaynApp may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication, but is not obliged to mediate or compensate for Partner services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ZaynApp and its owner shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from treatment, advice, or services provided by Partner clinics;
- Partner cancellations, refusal of service, or clinical decisions;
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
- Service interruptions, device issues, or third-party payment or hosting failures beyond our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the membership fees you paid to ZaynApp in the three (3) months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse vouchers, scrape the Platform, reverse engineer the app, harass staff or Partners, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud risk, or to protect the Platform, without refund except where required by law.
8. Privacy policy
We process personal data only as needed to operate accounts, membership, clinic onboarding, vouchers, customer support, security, and required business records. Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include your name, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender, preferred emirate, account status, and authentication and security records.
Product activity may include saved offers, voucher issue and redemption records, rotating or manual redemption proofs, reviews, support tickets, notifications, and fraud-prevention or audit records. Clinic operators may also provide business and branch details, licence information and expiry, authorised staff details, and private licence or identity documents for verification.
Membership and payment records may include plan, status, billing period, and payment-provider customer, subscription, payment, or invoice identifiers and links. Payment providers handle card details; ZaynApp does not store full card numbers when card payments are enabled.
We disclose only the information needed for a Partner to validate or fulfil a voucher. We also use service providers for authentication, database and file storage, hosting, and payments when enabled. We do not sell personal data and do not currently use third-party advertising analytics. Camera frames used to scan a voucher are decoded on your device and are not uploaded by ZaynApp.
You may access or correct profile information in the app and request a password-verified export or account deletion. The deletion process removes the authentication account and user-owned profile and file data. Some redemption, accounting, dispute, abuse-prevention, or audit records may be retained or anonymised where reasonably needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping obligations. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
We use access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted transport, private document storage, rate limits, audit trails, and stronger authentication for administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where further consent is required by law.
