Terms of Use & Privacy

These terms apply when you use ZaynApp, operated by ZAYN APP PORTAL (Dubai licence 1618454). Creating an account or using the Platform means you accept them.

ZaynApp’s role. We arrange member deals with independent clinics and doctors. We do not provide care; Partners are responsible for every service and outcome. Membership fees are non-refundable as explained below.

1. Terms of use

ZaynApp is a Dubai-only membership platform for beauty and wellness deals from reviewed clinics and doctors. Members claim time-limited vouchers and redeem them in person. We do not book clinical appointments, employ treating practitioners, or operate medical practices.

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority under applicable UAE law) and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Intermediary role

ZaynApp is an intermediary between members and independent clinics, doctors, and wellness providers (“Partners”). We agree listing terms with Partners, but we are never the treating provider or a party to your care.

  • We provide deal discovery, membership access, vouchers, and redemption tools.
  • We do not diagnose, advise, treat, perform, or supervise procedures. Your service contract is with the Partner.
  • Partners are responsible for licences, suitability checks, consent, safety, quality, staff, aftercare, and outcomes.

Platform content is not a medical recommendation. Consult a qualified professional before treatment.

3. Membership, fees & no refunds

Membership unlocks member prices and vouchers under the rules shown at issue. Prices, plan lengths, and benefits may change with any notice required by law.

No refunds

Fees paid to ZaynApp are non-refundable, including for non-use, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with a Partner, unless UAE law gives you a mandatory right. Turning off renewal keeps access until the paid period ends.

Third-party payment providers such as Stripe may process payments under their own terms.

A three-day trial applies only when you select the trial path. Checkout starts at AED 0, then charges the chosen monthly or annual plan after three days unless you cancel first. Annual may appear first; monthly remains selectable. Eligible accounts receive one trial.

4. Vouchers & redemptions

  • Vouchers are personal and may be limited by time, provider, location, or offer rules.
  • Each voucher is normally valid for one completed redemption.
  • Sharing, resale, or fraud may suspend your account without refund.
  • Offers depend on Partner inventory and may end at any time.
  • Membership allows up to ten redemptions per membership month, subject to stricter deal rules.

5. Partner clinics and doctors

Partners are independent businesses. Checks, rankings, and listings do not make ZaynApp a guarantor of outcomes, wait times, conduct, or prices outside the stated deal.

Raise treatment complaints with the Partner first. We may help communication, but do not have to mediate or compensate for Partner services.

6. Limitation of liability

Where UAE law permits, ZaynApp and its owner are not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage from Partner treatment, advice, or services;
  • Partner cancellations, refusal of service, or clinical decisions;
  • Indirect, special, or consequential loss, including profits, data, or goodwill;
  • Device, payment, hosting, or service failures beyond our reasonable control.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the membership fees paid in the three months before the claim, where lawful.

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse vouchers, scrape the Platform, reverse engineer the app, harass staff or Partners, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud risk, or to protect the Platform, without refund except where required by law.

8. Privacy policy

We use personal data to run accounts, memberships, Partner onboarding, vouchers, support, security, and required records. This may include contact details, date of birth, gender, preferred emirate, account status, and authentication records.

Activity data may include saved deals, voucher issue and redemption records, proof, reviews, tickets, notifications, and fraud or audit records. Partners may provide business, location, staff, and licence or identity documents.

Billing data may include plan, status, period, and payment-provider identifiers or invoice links. Payment providers handle card details; ZaynApp does not store full card numbers.

We share only what a Partner needs to fulfil a voucher. Service providers support auth, storage, hosting, and payments. We do not sell personal data and do not currently use third-party advertising analytics. Voucher camera frames are decoded on your device and are not uploaded by ZaynApp.

You can correct your profile and request a password-verified export or account deletion. Deletion removes your auth account, profile, and files. Limited payment, redemption, dispute, fraud, or audit records may be retained or anonymised for legal and security needs, then removed when no longer required.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private storage, rate limits, audit trails, and stronger admin authentication. No system is completely secure.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where further consent is required by law.
